My verdict on the Baba Casino welcome bonus

How did I use my Baba Casino sign-up bonus?
I started out like I normally do with a new site and used Gold Coins to test how the site works and get a taste of some of the games being offered. I played several slots with by GC, including many of the jackpot slots (described below).

By the way, the Coinback Gems mentioned above are equivalent to the VIP Points you accumulate as you play. They remind me a little of the Diamonds at High 5 Casino, although at Baba Casino they only seem to be used to purchase coins in this VIP Coinback Center and not for free spins and boosts like at High 5.

Baba Casino has no mobile app, so the only way to access the site and play the games is over a web browser. I’d suggest doing so on a computer, although you can open up Baba Casino on a browser using a mobile device, too.
The website is easy to navigate and the games play fairly well, although I have encountered a few hiccups here and there with games not fitting on the screen properly or glitching. Some slots also take a little while to load. Along the top you can see the number of VIP Royal Club points you’ve collected and status, your XP Level, your GC and SC balances (with a toggle switch), buttons for purchasing coins and checking out other features, and a drop-down menu showing you account details.
Game categories appear below, and you can scroll down to see those as well. There is also a link to get “Help” which I talk about more below. Everything is clear and the site is mostly easy to navigate, although it did take me a couple of days to find everything.
Did I like the Baba Casino app?
I mentioned how there is no dedicated Baba Casino app for iOS or Android devices. However, you can still play on the site via Safari or other web browsers on your device. When you open up the site that way, you’ll see a prompt suggesting you create a shortcut for your phone, and this works fine if you do it.

Baba Casino is somewhat limited when it comes to purchasing coins or redeeming winnings for prizes, not offering many choices when it comes to doing either.
Purchasing Gold Coins
Click “Buy Coins” and the “Baba Coin Store” appears as a pop-up featuring a list of packages ranging from $4.99 to $149.99. In each case you are purchasing Gold Coins with a certain amount of Sweeps Coins added as a free bonus.
As you can see from the graphic, the number of SC usually corresponds to the amount of USD you are paying on a roughly 1-to-1 basis. Later when redeeming, 1 SC will get you $1.
Right now there is only one way to purchase SC, namely, by using a debit or credit card. When I asked, I was told the site accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Support told me that other virtual cards might work, too, including Apple Pay (“you’re welcome to give it a try”), but it didn’t sound like that was a standard method yet.
Prize redemption options
Baba Casino will let you redeem your Sweeps Coins for either gift cards or cash prizes. Like most sweeps sites, you have to play with your SC at least once for it to become redeemable. The minimum thresholds for redemptions are as follows:
- Gift Cards — minimum 50 SC
- Cash Prizes — minimum 100 SC
These minimum thresholds are similar to other sites, too, although some like Pulsz let you redeem as little as 10 SC for gift cards.
When you go for a gift card, Baba Casino uses Prizeout to process your redemption. You’ll find there are dozens of different vendors to choose from for where you can use it. You’ll receive it as a virtual gift card in your email, making it easy to use when making online purchases.
Whenever I’ve used Prizeout, it has always gone well. Usually it takes less than a day to get my card from the time I request the redemption. If you aren’t interested in giving out the information needed for cash prize redemptions, gift cards are definitely the way to go.
If you want to redeem SC for cash prizes, there is only one way to do so, via ACH transfer (online banking). According to support, these transactions can take up to 10 business days to be processed, so be prepared to be patient when requesting a cash redemption.

When it comes to sweepstakes games, Baba Casino is all about slots and slots only. At last count, I saw 280 slots at Baba Casino, which is a lot fewer than, say, Stake.us which features one of the largest slots selections among sweeps sites, or NoLimitCoins which is one of many sites featuring more than 1,000 slots. Meanwhile, there are no non-slots options. That means you won’t find any live dealer games, table games, instant win games or scratchers, or other games you find at many other casinos.

Unfortunately, Baba Casino has no live chat support. Nor is its Frequently Asked Questions section all that extensive or detailed. If you click the “Help” speech bubble within your account drop-down or scroll to the bottom and click “Customer Help,” you’ll see a pop-up listing just seven FAQ’s and containing a text window where you can type a question and submit it.
The primary option is to submit your questions and concerns through the site itself. Clicking that same “Help” bubble also opens a text box where you can type your message and hit “Send.” That might seem cumbersome, but in fact the “Baba Casino Support Team” is very fast when responding to messages that way — within minutes, I’ve found.
It took me a while to figure that out, though. When I first submitted a couple questions that way, I then kept checking my email for responses and never found any. A few days later, though, I stumbled on my “Inbox” on the site, which is accessible if you click the the “Features” button up top. That’s where I discovered the “Baba Casino had in fact answered my questions.
When I asked a few follow-ups, I noticed support was sending back replies almost right away, which is nice. Thus while Baba Casino doesn’t have live chat, they do seem very quick to respond to messages sent through the site, and I’ll add as well that the support staff I’ve chatted with have all been friendly and eager to help.
Will I keep playing?
Since I enjoy table games, live dealer games, and other non-slots fare, I’m more likely to open up one of a handful of other sweepstakes casinos before I log on to play at Baba Casino.
That said, the daily bonuses will keep me coming back, and the slot selection is a nice one for those times when I’m in the mood for slots. I just wish there was something besides slots on the site to help mix things up now and then.
