How did I use my High 5 Casino sign-up bonus?

High 5 Casino makes things relatively easy when it comes to creating an account and getting verified. To register, click through from this page to the High 5 site, create a username and password, and provide the following information:

You’ll have to verify the phone number via text, and you’ll also have to agree to the site’s terms and conditions.

Verification process

The app version of High 5 Casino largely parallels the web-based site, with all the same categories and arrangement. Note that about two-thirds of High 5’s huge game library is included on the app, so there are a number of slots you can only play on the computer.

Be aware that when you first download and open the app (or when you log out and log back in again), you’ll be greeted with a different, entertainment-only version of the High 5 site. That “fun” version features a different game library (focusing primarily on slots only), a different loyalty program (called Club High Five), and has different daily rewards and other features.

At one point in the past, High 5 Casino did have a small selection of table games, but they do not at present. They also used to have their own High 5-branded live dealer blackjack and roulette games, but discontinued those some time ago. I’m still pretty satisfied with the game selection at High 5, though, even it is missing some sweepstakes games found elsewhere.

I’m afraid I have to give High 5 Casino a somewhat lower score when it comes to customer support. Some aspects are fine, but others could be improved.

There are some great pages on the site that explain various aspects of how the site works, including details regarding making purchases, requesting redemptions, what Diamonds are and how to use them, and so on. In some cases these pages are easy to locate, but occasionally you have to look around for a while to find them.

There is a “Help Center” that contains several informative pages that are quite good. However, I find I can’t access those pages when I’m logged into my account, instead reaching a page that says “This Help Center has no articles.” Weirdly, if I’m logged out I can see the pages, but I’m not sure why this is the case.

Meanwhile, there is live chat support, kind of. It is the “High 5 Chatbot” that is entirely automated and of limited usefulness (see the exchange to the left). In order to get a human to respond to your query, you have to submit a ticket with your question.

When I did that, I received an automated email saying they would try to get back to me within 48 hours. Then someone did respond about one day later.

I ran into some difficulty at one point when I wanted to change the email address on my profile, and was told that couldn’t be done. Needless to say, trying to sort that out through emails with long gaps between questions and answers was not ideal.

Will I keep playing?

I’ll certainly keep playing at High 5 Casino. There’s such good game variety, and I have gotten a kick out of winning SC playing slots with free spins I’ve purchased with the Diamonds I’ve gotten through the Bonus Harvests.
