However, there are a couple of downsides to the experience. The lack of an FAQ page is frustrating when searching for answers quickly, although the live chat is particularly efficient.
However, it’s the advanced game filters (or lack thereof) that frustrate me the most. I’d love to be able to sort through the 1,000+ slots games with accuracy, sorting games by features, providers, minimum and maximum bets, theme, etc.

This was incredibly helpful, and on three separate occasions, using the live chat, I found the process to be streamlined and efficient. The customer service agents provided a fantastic experience, being not only helpful but also friendly.
Although it’s something I rarely use, I would have preferred the option of telephone support. I find this adds a level of credibility to customer service and is comforting to have in the background.
